About Anissa C. Patel

Anissa Patel grew up in Midland, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin.

Continuing her educational journey, Anissa earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Her legal experience includes valuable roles such as a legal extern at the Transportation Security Administration in Springfield, Virginia, and internships with Casey Denson LLC in New Orleans and the Center for Art Law in Brooklyn, New York.

Currently, Anissa serves as a federal law clerk for the Honorable John R. Parker in the Northern District of Texas. She previously clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Sigurdson in Reno, Nevada. She looks forward to joining Lovein Ribman in September 2024, following the completion of her clerkship.
