“I can not say enough about Robert Lovein and his team. They were fair, honest and resolved our matter quickly. I would highly recommend them for all or any of your disputes.”

- Mikki Migis

“Words can not express how grateful I am to have worked with Lovein Ribman, in particular Nick Messina. (Luckily) I don’t deal with lawyers on a regular basis but if I did, Nick has set the bar in terms of my expectations. Super professional, prompt, proactive. Always feel that I was a priority and not just a number. Beyond that, Nick is a smart and savvy lawyer and the result was more than I could have ever hoped for! I only speak highly of my experience with him.”

About Austin Verplank

Austin Verplank grew up in Flower Mound, Texas. After graduating from Marcus High School, he attended Pepperdine University where he pitched for the baseball team and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Two years later, after working in the startup technology space in California, Austin came back to Texas to attend law school. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, during which time he provided legal aid and guidance on various matters through the Civil Justice Clinic as a student attorney.

Prior to joining Lovein Ribman, Austin gained valuable litigation and courtroom experience at a boutique firm in East Texas. While in East Texas, he practiced family law, probate, and general civil matters. Austin takes great pride in helping clients make informed decisions in their particular matter, which he believes has helped successfully settle and receive favorable outcomes at trial in the vast majority of his cases throughout Texas.

In Austin’s downtime, he loves to play golf and spend time with his wife Amanda, and their two children, Finley and Peyton.
