About Nick Messina

I am a Partner at Lovein Ribman, P.C. and am Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I graduated from Baylor University in 2009, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. I then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where I graduated in two years.

I have represented clients in civil lawsuits across Texas. My practice areas include construction law, mechanic’s lien claims, bond claims, business litigation, trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability, personal injury, bad faith insurance practices, insurance defense, subrogation, employment law, and municipal law. I have participated in hundreds of mediations and depositions throughout my career and successfully handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through final disposition or trial.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children.
